Recommended daily intake
Shake well before use. Use within 28 days after opening. ADULTS: 15-30 ml (one to two tablespoons). CHILDREN: 3-6 years: 5-10 ml (one to two teaspoons).
6-15 years: 7.5-15 ml (one and a half to three teaspoons).
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
